Which Incoterms do you quote?
FOB, CFR and CIF from Chennai, Kochi, Tuticorin or New Mangalore. Other terms on request.
What payment terms do you accept?
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight, or advance payment against documents for established buyers.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We send pre-shipment samples by courier; the courier cost is adjusted against your first order.
How long from order to shipment?
Usually 2–4 weeks after confirmation, depending on product, packing and vessel availability.
